NEWS: Discord Server & Clubs (aka Groups) are back!   08/19/17

Hello everyone I'm back with a couple big updates! Firstly we now have a Discord server, this is a real-time chat messaging client you can run on your phone, desktop, or anywhere. It's a pretty powerful desktop application that enables people to chat together, and with multiple channels you can find people interested in what you're interested in. If you don't already have a Discord account it's pretty easy to get one, just click the following invite link to get started: https://discord.gg/Ahzu9jC Secondly I'm proud to announce the return of Groups, it's been renamed to Clubs and is now available here: https://muscle-growth.org/clubs/. This system is entirely user generated and allows users to create groups of their own based on any subject they want. Go ahead and try it now, visit the link above to get started if you want to create or join a group!   As always thank you to all of our donators and Patreon contributors who keep the forums going!

Ok..... wasn't exactly sure where to post this but I think it might go well here.  Not a hulk clip and not exactly a hulk out per se, but it is similar in the fact that the character grows and bursts out of clothes, phone booth, and medical sensor straps.  Who is this character?  Larry Kubiac from Parker Lewis Can't Lose t.v. show. Season 1 Episode 21 "Jerry's First Date" the side story is how Larry Kubiac, the 6' 7" behemoth/athlete (although he's more stocky than defined, football player/line backer build) suddenly starts having these growth spurts.  Now Kubiac was supposed to be a hold over of a number of years so he was basically an adult although the setting was in a high school.  When the series came out, I was a young adult at the time.  But I saw that episode.... the already huge Kubiac is growing out of everything, and although they only did some small, cheap camera angles and such to show the growth, the first spurt he had let you know how big these were supposed to be as his pants hem went from top of his shoes to mid calf, so at least a good 6 inch spurt or so.  No add my thinking more logically about it, as well as my fantasy of "what if he got more define and larger developed" thoughts of imagination, with the sound effects they usually gave him (when he walked you heard thunder steps and the whole school would shake) and I'm picturing this adult male suddenly hulking out 6' 7" to 7' 1" to 7' 7" to 8' 1" to 8' 7" just dwarfing everyone and everything around him.  At any rate you can watch the episode here:

There are muscles and then there are huge green muscles which have never been as good as Big Lou going green!

That clip is as sexy as it gets and what this channel is all about!! Brilliant!

Love this one: the second ever hulkout from the pilot. When his HUGE, green, veiny forearm and bicep comes crashing through the glass! Oof! :swoon:

This is an hour-long documentary about the Incredible Hulk TV show.  Just after the 30-minute mark they start talking about hulk outs, and how some episodes where built around an idea for a hulk out.  After different methods, they eventually just resorted to stuffing Lou Ferrigno into shirts that had had the seams weakened and had him flex and bust out.  I envy the wardrobe person that had that job, coming up with new ways for Lou to hulk out of a shirt.
