Alternatives for Leg Extensions?

Hi, beginner here.

I'm doing a workout routine, and one of the days includes leg extensions. Problem is, I no longer have access to the equipment for leg extensions. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good alternate?

The full workout (minus warm up and cool down) for that day is:

  • Squats (5 sets of 6)
  • Deadlift (5 sets of 6)
  • Calf Raises (3 sets of 20)
  • Leg Extensions (3 set sof 12)
  • Weighted Crunches (3 sets of 8.)
  • 90 seconds rest between sets

I would do a free-weight single-leg exercise like a lunge or a split squat. 3 sets of 10 (each leg) is probably enough.
