It's been easier for me to build muscle after losing some fat....but I was a rather good "negative example" of what to be.   Still working to lose fat/build muscle...

Or, as I put it "I like the number on the scale...just not the components of that number."

HI. I am aware about a way by which you lose weight. Try regular workouts. Many detox tea also promote weight loss. You can take healthy meals, workout to shed weight. I read about the élastique fitness on the internet. The élastique fitness strengthens all muscles and will also provide you a toned body. It is a good way to build muscles easily.
