Guest
Post the best sites you've found on bodybuilding, hopefully rich in either clinical evidence or how-to guides. Here's a few for starters: PubMed.gov provides millions of clinical research articles to the public, for free. Downside: you need to know what you're looking for in advance, and knowledge of medical terminology will help: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/ Bodybuilding.com provides lots of good bodybuilding information. Downside: very commercial and commercially-influenced: https://www.bodybuilding.com/index.html
CardiMuscleman
With permission I would like to add The History of Physical Culture, which although dealing with the very much old school methods of training used by such pioneers as Eugene Sandow, William Bankier and the late Leo Robert, shows that the information they generated when building their bodies is just as useful then as it is now https://www.davidgentle.com/ Declaration of Interest: I have been a member since November 2014 and have contributed an article to their library (which is a paid access section) about the history of physical culture in comics.
