Good to be back in the gym.
Pulled my lower back and hips at the gym. Very sore. Have to take a few days off from the gym, which I hate. Need to learn to take a break every few weeks from the gym, but not sure how much and how often. Told it helps growth and recovery.
Same here. I am just finished with week 1 of 2 weeks out because of lifting stupid and messing with my low back and hip flexors.
Hear ya. Injuries always happen. How we deal with them (heal and get back versus quitting) make all the difference. You'll be back!
