  1. I am not a huge bodybuilder, but I have been worshipped on several occasions. And, I agree with most of the comments made in this posting. Just make sure that the both of you discuss what is expected before hand and everything should be fine.
  2. Last competition, I cut all the way down to 189. I’ve put on a good amount of size so if and when I do another, I’ll probably just be cutting down to about 220.
  3. Two exercises for each of the three heads. I change it up, but right now I’m doing: Bent over db flies Rear pec deck db lateral raises one arm lateral cable raise db front raises underhand ez bar front raises 4 sets of each.
  4. Leg extensions help me get a quad mind muscle connection best. Only got another two months or so to build these before I cut up.
  5. Too much conflicting advice. Some guys say narrow stance to build the outer part, but my trainer says stand wide to build wide. It drives me crazy. I’m just going to continue doing what I’m doing since it seems to be very slowly working.
  6. I’m also trying to work on my outer sweep. My tear drops are OK, but I need more mass on the outer part.
  7. Luckily, my gym has all that stuff. I actually prefer the hack squat. I think that works pretty well.
  8. I agree with Meanderer. Squats of any type are so hard for us tall guys. I’m 6’3” 240.
  9. I’m 6’3” so I understand how hard it is to grow. I’m only at 237 now but shooting for 250+

  11. After hearing that, I'm happier than ever to belong to a local warehouse gym. Blaring rock music and we can go shirtless, use chalk, drop weights, swear and grunt. And sweat prodigiously as we have no AC.
  12. I agree with Bonemonkeh, can't wait for part 7. Really looking forward to seeing some over night growth.
  13. Luckily I can workout shirtless at my gym, but I also wear tanks and t-shirts on leg day as the tank seams bother me doing squats.
