Keep on keeping on!. My PT will hopefully be finished by the end of February. Getting closer - more range of motion and more strength. You'll get there!

  11. Spine fusion healing very well. Faster than expected. BP has been excellent 122/78. However I am now down to 168lbs. A friend bber raised my shirt checked and felt around my torso, stated I should build up nicely and have good lean MG.

Thank you gentlemen. I am being watchful. Still a good 6-8 months for the bone to fuse and grow. Light therapy in the next few weeks. Still a risk of pulling the rods and screws. I am careful. The big snow we had, I was certain to make extra wide turns etc with the snow blower. Let the machine do its thing. Normally I would just lift, turn and pivot it with no issue, now careful. I admit I have the gym bug big time. I am planning to ease into it. The therapist is great. Good advice and tips....

I hope your rehabilitation goes well. Which part was fused? Hardware or not? I am a physical therapist by profession and I work with MANY people recovering from back sx. If I can offer any advice at all, it would be to take your time perfecting your postural awareness and form while you are 1) at rest ; 2) standing or sitting still for more than a minute; 3) walking purposefully over varied and uneven terrain. Assuming you are diligent in observing your spinal precautions, this will requir...
