  1. 1.2/d is 4 caps - what do you think the ramp-in time would be, if starting off with 1 cap/day? Side effects to be mindful of?
  2. Trophy Boy indeed. Andrew Christian needs you.
  3. Another way to look at it is the class is popular. In some areas, from an number of people entered standpoint, the attendance can be 2 or 3:1 physique over bodybuilding. So it's a way for a promoter to make money. I also agree that the class does give all the guys who skip leg day a free pass.

Anyone on here ever step on stage and compete?

Anyone on here ever step on stage and compete?

I agree with muscledaddymark's comments. My only similar experience is when I would do nude modeling for art classes, my only fear/concern was with shrinkage, and most certainly not getting hard. All my concentration was focus on holding a pose, the last thing on my mind was worrying about getting hard.

    When did you start lifting?

Definitely been an on/off thing for me - started when I was 13 with my best friend, and stuck with it through early college, but was never really 'serious' - just something to do, and never really got results (whereas my best friend seemed to grow muscle in his sleep). Let myself get really out of shape through my 20s and early 30s. Had a nasty couple of car accidents, and during the recovery from the 3rd one in my late 30s, my Chiropractor said to me 'you know, if you were in better shape, you wouldn't be in such pain, because having some muscle mass would have protected you'. That was a revelation, and at 37, I got back in the gym, and I've been pretty consistent ever since. Some other injuries have kept me from making good progress lately, but now, at nearly 60, I get regular compliments about how fit I look. Something I never had anyone say to me when I was in my 20s or 30s. Gonna be interesting to see what I can build in my 60s. Looking forward to it too!

So I think the real challenge here is determining what parts of this story are purely autobiographical, and what parts are possibly not. fantastic bit of writing BP, thank you!

While there are 'whitening' tooth-pastes available, generally I've found that they are good for maintaining already white teeth, but they really can't accomplish much with teeth that are already stained from coffee/tobacco etc., I've had my teeth professionally whitened by my dentist, and the effect is immediate and long lasting - I'm just now getting ready to have them done again, and it's been about 12 years since my first treatment.

    Fuller Biceps?

Proper form with the bicep exercises has a lot to do with it as well - full extensions (i.e., straightening the arm completely) will stimulate growth down towards the elbow, short small movements restrict growth to the center/peak of the bicep. Be aware that the weight you move will likely go down considerably when you start doing this, and care must be taken to warm up the tendons/ligaments, etc...

I would agree with your assessment that it's really just a fitness/cardio thing - just looking at the magazines the program has appeared in tells you all you need to know!
