    Bodybuilding, powerlifting, growing huge strong muscles. I fucking love the gym and I'm totally invested in my journey to become huge.

    Currently 5'11", 215 lbs at ~23% body fat. 46" chest, 17" arms, 24.5" thighs. And increasing!

    250-270 lbs at 15% body fat or less. 54"+ chest, 22"+ arms, 36"+ thighs.

    Making You Dumb

    I've had a couple hypnotist friends dumb me down with trigger words and it's fucking awesome. Love the feeling of my thoughts slowing down and my mind getting foggy. I've gotten to the point where I can't remember how to spell most words, let alone understand math. It lasts for only about an hour or so, but it's an hour of idiot bliss haha

    It's ok bro, big jocks like us don't need to count. Just let your trainer do that for ya or if he's not around just rep it out till ya can't. Better to just think about growing bigger muscles.

    Enjoy your workout

    That's really sad, and I'm sorry it hasn't worked out for you. I agree with Dave though, perhaps what you needed was someone to help guide you and keep you motivated. I can bet there was something you were missing to your training. Diet is the most overlooked thing about training but it's so incredibly important. I would wager that you weren't eating enough to support growth. There are also lots of other training principles that contribute to gains that a trainer would know about and apply to your training. I hope that you may reconsider going down the path of muscle some day!

    I wish I still had my foreskin. I really could use more sensitivity in that area. And uncut cocks are pretty attractive imo.

    Enjoy your workout

    I know if I hadn't come to enjoy my workouts, I probably wouldn't be as big as I am today. I certainly wouldn't have the dedication and discipline that I do now. I love the feeling of my muscles flexing and twitching as I lift weights, the soreness as they get tired and of course the PUMP. But I also like the challenge of my workouts, thinking of different ways I can make my workouts more intense each week, and trying new exercises. It's why I decided to become a personal trainer! I hope that I'm spreading that enjoyment to my clients.

    If I was a gym owner - which I want to be in the future - one of the rules I'd have posted on the wall would be "don't be a douchebag." Anyone who violates the rule gets kicked out.

    Anyone on here ever step on stage and compete?

    I haven't competed in bodybuilding, but I've competed in powerlifting three times so far. It's a really great experience; everyone is really supportive and the competitive spirit is not so much about winning the comp but doing as best as you can do. That being said, I've heard from a lot of bodybuilder friends that stage boners happen at least once or twice per competition. Someone will get one and most of the bbers have had one in the past. You just need to make it not a big deal and go through your routine like normal.

    Real Life Bullying in Gyms

    I haven't experienced it myself, but I've heard from friends of incidents where fit douchebags laugh at unfit dudes at the gym. But it's never the really big bodybuilders; it's usually the douchebag bros who do nothing but take up the bench press for an hour. As a big dude, I try to be friendly to everyone in the gym. Sometimes too friendly haha, I end up chatting way too often with my gym buds. Regardless, we've all been the small guy struggling to put on weight, or the fat guy trying to lose it. There's no good reason to shit on other people if they're trying to improve themselves.
