    Chapter 8 After the meeting I realized I was essentially in charge of shaping and changing Dan’s body into any way that I pleased with the serum I would give him. I controlled his eating, what he trained, AND how often he trained. I could turn him into the musclehead that I morphed into 2 years ago. But now that I knew exactly what needed to happen to maximize muscle growth, I figured out I could completely blow up his body in the 4 months we had before we started cutting. Bulking Dan up would be difficult, but I made it my mission to turn him into a monster so I could win this year and prove I’m not a fluke. Plus there’s an added bonus of Dan becoming an absolute hunk. I bet he would be grateful to me for changing his body without him even noticing what was really happening. The next two weeks flew by pretty quickly. I gave him the pills that would jumpstart his muscle growth and told him to take one a day for maximum results. I had to make up a phony lie about the real purpose, so I just said it’s protein recovery to take after the workout. He seemed to believe it, and said he’d follow through with them. Training with Dan became more pleasant as he learned the ropes and stopped being a helpless newcomer to all matters gym. He knew what to do each day, and did it with ease. I was proud that I taught him well. Eating, though, was where he was a bit weak. Dan had a hard time shoveling all the food down his mouth that would result in weight gain, so I had to tempt him a bit one day. “Okay, I know it’s a shit ton of eggs, but think of how much protein you’re getting. On this one plate alone is probably 70 grams, and that’s maybe even more you ate before you joined the team.” “Yeah, I know, it’s just hard. I always feel full afterwards and I don’t think my body’s reacting to the changes well.” “It totally is! Remember how you gained almost 10 pounds in the first week? That’s a sign from your body telling you to keep it up. It’s ready to pack on some gains!” “Okay, I guess.” “Let me make it easy for you. The dining commons has those coffee cakes today that I know you like. Finish the eggs and you can have two.” “Really? Aren’t they high in fat and like 300 calories though?” “Yeah, but you want to be big, don’t you?” “I guess if I want to be good at this, then yeah.” “They have a lot of fat but when you’re bulking, all calories are good. Even fat. It adds to your midsection for a thicker look. All the guys on the team have it during bulking season and it’s nothing to be worried about. It makes for a stronger guy.” “Yeah, I guess.” He quickly went into turbo-drive and ate the remaining eggs, plus the coffee cakes. Seeing him chow them down made me hopeful about his gains to come. If his work ethic remained this strong for the rest of the quarter, there won’t be any stopping Dan. The weigh-ins went very successfully. At week 2, he remained steady at 7 pounds gained so he went up to 185. He seemed ecstatic, as I expected him to. But it was no comparison to the week after, where the pills really went into effect and he gained 10 pounds to weigh 195, the heaviest he’s ever been, he said. My test subject was proving himself to be potential muscle pig material. I’d made him gain 25 pounds in 3 weeks. He was getting beefy, and quickly.

    Chapter 7 [This is from Jack’s point of view] It was time for the experiment meeting. The last time we had the meeting I had been so uneasy; plagued by the feeling that what we were doing was wrong. It just didn’t seem right to take unsuspecting newbies and subject them to an experiment they had no clue of. I arrived on time in my usual spot and was prepared to go over the basics; The debate over who gets who and assignment. I’m glad I stayed out of it last time, I just hoped I could avoid it again. After about 15 minutes, all the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years poured in, and Sam started the meeting. “Alright guys, you know the drill, we have 5 newcomers this time. Matt, Ethan, Terry, John, and Dan. Anyone want to grab one off the bat?” The other guys started clamoring and debating which guy should get which newcomer, while I just stayed on my phone, not listening. “Jack, what about you?” “What?” I said, surprised. “Don’t you want to pick one? You were the most successful of the 2017 run.” “Hey, what about me?” Bill, one guy I had gone through the experiment with, said jokingly. He was big, but everyone knew I was bigger. “It just doesn’t feel right to me, changing these guys’ bodies without them knowing of it.” I replied. “Dude, you got jacked,” Sam said, “Why wouldn’t you want the same to come out of these new guys?” I had to agree. The experiment I went through caused my muscle mass to explode and initiated the love of bodybuilding I still had to this day. “I guess,” I conceded. “Dan is left, and you’ve seen to have taken a liking to him already…” Sam said. “I just don’t know. I like the guy and I don’t want to deceive him like I was 2 years ago.” I said. “Yeah, but the experiment is the reason why you got huge! Don’t you want to see Dan just fuckin’ blow up? The kid could use some of your training. Plus, out of all the newcomers he gained the most mass after a week. Sounds like a mini you…” Sam said convincingly. There was a small part of me that thought Dan had a hankering for some extra pounds, and I had already liked him. I remembered the way he eyed the egg container and so quickly agreed to try it. A perfect blueprint for the making of a muscle monster. “Fine, I’ll do it. Hand it over.” I grudgingly said. “Good! Here it is,” Sam said as he handed me the bottle of pills capable of turning any body into one riddled with muscle mass just as it had done to me two years ago. “Now everyone’s paired up. Train with your partners and still show em how it’s done. And don’t forget to eat all the meals with them! Remember, the testee with the most weight gained by the end of January wins. Good luck!” Sam dismissed us all. As I left, I thought about what I had signed up to do to Dan’s body. If I was going to do this, I would go all the way. I’m determined to win.

    Thanks for all the encouraging words and feedback!!!! Chapter 6 The rest of my week was dominated by routine. Wake up, go to the gym, eat, class, eat again, class, and then eat for a final time. At least I got to see Jack every single day, perky and energetic as always. I knew that with his help I could become a master at the machines soon. Through the week, we continued to do basic exercises to work our way into the gym and building muscle. They were hard, but I knew that they would become easy in a short time. After every morning workout I got to eat with Jack as he taught me the basics of nutrition. “Okay, so protein is kinda the most important here. For bulking, you need to get a lot of the three main macronutrients, carbs, protein, and fat. I know eating a lot of fat is scary, but to get big, eating big is the most important step,” I remember him explaining one day. “Okay, sounds good.” I said. “I trust you!” He then brought me what looked like my entire meal intake for the day, when in actuality it was just breakfast. There was an entire plate devoted to scrambled eggs, and there must have been 15 strips of bacon on another. He was about to eat even more, as he had added on pancakes and syrup to his meal, along with a protein shake. “Ah, shit,” He said, “I should have made you one. These are super important after the gym to make sure the protein gets to your muscles.” Even talking about my almost nonexistent muscles was enough to get me flustered. After I had finished the entire meal, I felt full to the brim with food. “Don’t get too full,” Jack said, “You have lunch in a few hours!” I groaned jokingly, and at lunch the cycle repeated. I ate more food than I ever had before, and felt full after. Dinner was the same. I quickly realized that this was the price to pay to get a body like Jack’s. Later one night, I decided to text Jack as I was unsure of how progress is measured on this team. “theres weekly weigh-ins. usually I don’t even like to look at the number because it’s better to go the whole season bulking and then know your weight at the end” “Oh really? I would probably want to see progress weekly though” “it is a good measure of progress to keep you going but once you start getting into the rhythm, your body changing will be enough to keep track” Holy fuck, his body changed that quickly? “Just curious how was your first year on the team? Like how much weight did you end up gaining? Just want to know what to prepare for haha” “I was around 180 when I started and I remembered seeing 256 on the scale so like around 70lbs” I was instantly turned on. 70 pounds? In less than 5 months? It almost seemed impossible, but considering the muscle mass that Jack had stacked on, I knew he was being for real. “Wow thats a lot!!” “yea most people don’t gain that much while bulking but I was glad I did lol. You’ll get a weigh-in at the end of this week to check your progress and we record it” The idea of me gaining any weight, starting my transformation to a muscled hunk was so hot to me. I probably gained weight just because of all the food I ate, but if that was all muscle was a mystery to me. I guess I have to see at the end. At the weigh-in at the end of the week, I was scared of my number. Scared to see if I had gained any weight, and scared to see if this week of hard work was worth anything at all. “Okay,” Sam, the huge team captain said, “you started at 170 pounds. Now you’re at…” I stepped on and braced myself for the worst. “178! Nice work.” WHAT? 8 pounds in one week? I didn’t feel at heavier but I guess I really was apt at gaining. I was shocked. Jack walked up to me, looking excited. “Nice job!! You’re cut out for this team after all!” I was cut out for the team. Me gaining weight after the intense week signified that my body was responding to what I was going through. Even though it was incredibly difficult, I wanted to do it again. And again. And gain more weight. And eat more food. And lift more weights. And get bigger.

    Chapter 5 I woke up to my alarm blaring, and for the first time in a while I relished the sound. It meant I’d go see Jack, I’d get to work out with him, talk with him, eat with him. I couldn’t wait. I got to the gym at around 6:50, showing my punctuality and dedication to the team. The team of around 15 or so guys stood out front, with Jack talking front and center. He had shorts up to his mid thigh showing his developed muscular legs, and a sweatshirt on with probably something more revealing underneath. He saw me walk up and immediately waved, to my immense delight. “Hey! Are you ready for your first rugby workout?” He said enthusiastically. I could tell he liked seeing the newcomers on their first day of training. Whether it was because he wanted to see how well their workout went or to judge potential for a muscle stud, I was equally excited. “Yep!! I’m excited but nervous.” “As you should be! Don’t worry, it’ll be easy.” Those words stuck with me as I endured one of the hardest things in my life. After about 5 or so more people showed up to the front (newcomers, judging by their lack of mass), we all headed in to start. We were shown around the gym, which was completely empty due to the insanity of training at 7AM, and after a quick tour, we got to work. The 5 newcomers were each assigned a training group (thankfully I was with Jack) and we rotated around each section of the gym, trying out a machine as we go. The first section we went to was legs, which I was happy to see, because I could observe Jack’s developed legs in effect. He demonstrated squatting first, but from his oversized sweatshirt, I could barely take a look at his ass. After he finished though, his legs were bulging in a way that I so desired. I tried it out, and immediately fell in love. I loved how tired my legs felt after finishing it, and how I could feel my heart beating in my hips. It wasn’t a lot of weight for Jack, but it was for me. After about an hour, we all finished the training with the various machines, and I mostly paid attention to how Jack’s body moved, his frame packed full of muscle. “If I get to stare at him every day,” I thought to myself, “then this is a no brainer.” After the gym, we all went to the nearest dining commons, and I was exhausted from the recent training I had just put my body through. I had never done anything like this, but something told me it would become familiar very soon. As we walked, Jack (now in a sleeveless shirt) turned to me and asked if I was hungry. “I guess,” I replied. “You need to do better than that!” He said. “You need to be starving. It’s how you make gains.” How was everything he said so incredibly hot to me? I loved the thought of him becoming a gain-hungry monster, eating anything in his way to become even remotely bigger. As the entire team settled into the dining hall, empty like the gym, the newcomers sat with the team members we trained with. That meant that I got to eat with Jack. I was almost foaming at the mouth. I looked around and got my usual of some scrambled eggs and bacon, with a cup of coffee. Jack, returning almost 5 minutes later, sat down with what looked like the biggest serving of eggs in existence. “Oh my God,” I said, “How do you eat all that?” “Like I said earlier,” he said as he grabbed some hot sauce. “It’s all for the gains.” That was one of the sexiest things I’ve heard. He then reached into his bag and pulled out a carton of liquid egg whites. “I know we’re not allowed to sneak food in here,” he said sneakily, “but I always bring this with a meal. It’s completely packed with protein and little to nothing else. See?” He showed me the nutrition facts label, and I could see the entire carton was engorged with a ridiculous amount of protein- almost 250 grams in each carton. He pulled the carton away from me and swung it down if it was water. His body, heaving with every gulp, was one that was built through hard work and dedication. His sleeveless shirt revealed his bulging chest and thick left arm on the table as his right was high in the air, funneling the protein into his body to work on building his already dream-like muscles into bigger, better, beefier, slabs of meat to be fully effective at playing the sport of rugby. His lips, pursed at the mouth of the carton tried to get every drop of precious protein but failed, causing some to run down his chin, throat, and disappear into the creases in his chest, wetting his shirt along the way. After what seemed like eternity, he swallowed, wiped the dribble of the eggs off with his bicep and looked at me. “Want to try?” This was the start of something new. I like this. I could tell. “For sure,” I said, “It’s for the gains.” and chugged it down.

    Sorry for the wait, Ch 5 coming soon also Chapter 4 I looked down at myself. I’m bigger. My pecs are coated with hair and bulge out on either side of my narrow waist. I can see lines, lines running down my stomach and swooping down into the waistline of my shorts. I pull them down with my arms, which now rub up against my chest as I move them down. I see my short trunks and my legs coming out through them. They’re bigger, much bigger, and thick. I’m thick. I’m beefy. I’m My alarm blares with the sound of the default alarm. I open my eyes to see that my body is the same as last night, different from the highly erotic dream I just came out of. “Fuck,” I thought before getting up to turn off the alarm, “These dreams are probably a sign that I need to turn them into reality.” I remember last night, talking with Jack about the Rugby team. After texting back and forth with him for a while, the pressure was too much and I decided to jack off before going to bed. I was exhausted, just thinking about the training schedule I’d go through if I commit to this. I read back the messages from last night: “Yes! When does the training week start? And do I have to sign up anywhere?” “nah, I got your name down. And it starts monday 6:45 AM at the rec cen. then breakfast is after” “Great, do I need to bring or do anything to start?” “just a good attitude to get thru the first session lol. and be prepared for soreness” Just reading these texts, knowing I was talking to a muscled hunk, sent me spiraling. I spent my alone time at breakfast thinking about how I would be a fully fledged rugby jock in two days, training and eating with the team, on my way to becoming huge just like one of them. I decided to text Emily about my decision. “Hey so… I think I’m gonna be on the team hahahah just to try it out” “YAY!!!!!! Get extra huge for me!!!” I smiled at how I was so lucky to have a best friend who supported me in everything I do, no matter how weird. After finishing the thought, Ryan sat across from me, clearly having a late start to the day. “You alright? Sorry if my alarm woke you up too early, I had some readings to do,” I offered. “Nah, it’s all good. Just had a late night yesterday. Hey, are you joining the rugby team? I was curious because I think it’s starting soon.” I nervously chuckled and said, “Yeah, I think I may try it out. No harm in just seeing what it’s all about.” “Waking up early as shit every day is the harm in it!” He exclaimed. “Just kidding though, I think it’ll be cool! Let me know what you think!” “Thanks,” I said, knowing I couldn’t reveal what I actually thought about the men’s rugby team. * * * It’s Sunday night, 10PM. It’s so close to being here. I’m shaking in anticipation, asking questions like if I really would belong and if they would make the first workout easy on us. All questions would be revealed tomorrow, but I’m not sure if I’ll like the answers. I set my alarm for 6:30, and tried to go to bed, knowing full well the type of dreams I’d have that night.

    Chapter 3 “Dude, you’d be jacked! Go for it!” I decided to bring up the idea of joining the team to Emily when we had breakfast the next morning, who was ecstatic about it, unsurprisingly. “AND you would get the chance to hang out with those beefcakes on the daily. If any of them are straight, you HAVE to set me up with one. Definitely do it!!” I laughed and replied, “They’re probably all straight macho bros. But I’m not sure, they seemed really intense about their training. I guess I can try it out just to see if it’s for me.” She eagerly tried to keep my enthusiasm up on the subject. “Yes! And you got that hot guy’s number right? Just text him with any questions and see what the whole thing entails. You got this!” I remembered that I had Jack’s number and instantly became flustered. “Yeah, I guess you’re right. Okay, I got a lot of studying to do, so I’ll head back now. I’ll let you know what I decide!” I shouted out as I was leaving. When I went to the gym, I saw the whole rugby team again as I was doing cardio on the second floor. Their huge bodies, buffed up with protein and excess calories, just heaved with every movement they made and their irresistible waddle due to their short shorts and overdeveloped thighs were so delicious. I almost got a hard on in the middle of the whole gym before I looked away and focused back on my music. It would be hard to pass up an opportunity to train with these guys, to be with these guys, and if all goes well, to LOOK like these guys. I finished my workout and left, looking down so as to not meet any member of the team’s gaze. Later that night, I held Jack’s number in my head and decided if this was really something I wanted to go for or not. His piercing blue eyes, statue-like physique, were all so attainable and somehow I didn’t want to go for it. It seemed too out of comfort to me. I said to myself, I need to do this. This could very well possibly turn into something I disregard, but then immediately regret. I took a deep breath and started my text. “Hey is this Jack from rugby? I was looking to maybe try out to see if I’d like it or not for the first week or so, is that something I can do?” I proof-read it, and then hit send before a second of doubt could cross my mind. I immediately set my phone down and started reading a book to take my mind off of what I had just did. Within minutes, my phone dinged and I don’t remember a time where I picked it up faster. “yea! the first week all the newcomers just train with us to learn the ropes and then they decide if they want to join. are u interested?” Fuck yes I am.

    Glad this is enjoyable so far! Chapter 2 As we entered the meeting room, it was clear what I had gotten myself into. And man, was I pleased. All of the beefiest guys I saw from the gym were there, some sitting, some standing, for all of my viewing pleasure. The absolute mass of some of these boys was enough to almost buckle my knees and fall to the ground, but somehow, I remained my composure and sat down with Ryan in the back row. Around 10 or so newcomers had already arrived at the meeting, most all bigger than me. It cemented the fact in me that I could never make the team, let alone survive tryouts, and sitting in this meeting room with all of these big guys was nothing more than a memory I could use later tonight. I looked to the screen that said “SDSU Men’s Rugby Team Info Session” and the two guys next to it. The blue-eyed hunk I had seen yesterday was to the right, and a much beefier and a bit older guy stood to the left. They were both chatting, and I had assumed they were the ones to be talking to us about the team. After a couple more minutes, people kept on trickling in, and the two guys in front started their presentation. “Keep it together,” I thought to myself, “At least you’re sitting down.” “Hi, I’m Jack,” the blue eyed guy said with a wave of his hand, revealing the definition in his inner arm. “And I’m Sam, the team captain,” the older guy announced. “Today we’re gonna tell you guys about the rugby team here, and why you should join. It’s great to have so many new faces here; I’m excited to see all the enthusiasm!” Jack said with a smile, surveilling the room. “God,” I thought, “he gets hotter with every single word.” “We’re gonna run you through the basics of what we do and why you should join, but first, to weed out the less serious attendees, here’s all the work you have to put in.” Sam said, before changing the slide to what appears to be a training plan. The comprehensive list included training time at the gym every single day from 7 AM to 9 AM, game days, times, practices, and everything else that made it look like a super-packed schedule. “Jeez,” whispered Ryan next to me, “training every day that early in the morning? I might have to pass.” I snickered and thought of the pain these guys put themselves through to look how they did. It might have been worth it, but damn if it didn’t sound excruciating. After a mostly boring 30 minute session organizing how the game is played, most of which I spent staring at Jack, the guys said that the presentation was finished and we could all leave. After the clapping subsided, they announced that their info cards were stacked on a table in the back and that we could contact them “any time if we have any questions.” Oh, how we’ve all heard this nonsense before by club members and people desperately trying to seek questions from people who might have a drop of interest in their body. I thought to myself, “Why not grab the card? I’d have a real-life muscle hunk’s number in my phone, and maybe I could lead him on about wanting to join the team.” As everyone who was interested stuck around to ask questions, I grabbed it and quickly put it in my pocket, then went outside to meet Ryan. “Ehh, not for me. The whole training schedule threw me. I’d be exhausted before noon!” Ryan said, seemingly already made up his decision. “What about you?” He asked. “Yeah, probably not my thing either. Those guys were like three times my size.” We headed back to the dorm, but on the way, I couldn’t help but think of the possibility of me joining the team. Their intense training regimen would no doubt keep me in shape, and it would definitely give me a chance to talk to these excruciatingly hot men. I’ll think about it.

    New story I'm really excited about. Been thinking up this one for a while Chapter 1 “Oh my God, there’re back.” I usually listen to music at the gym, but when I go with my best friend Emily we talk to take our minds off of the burning sensation we feel in our legs while we use the ellipticals. Immediately as I looked straight ahead I knew what she was talking about; the men’s rugby team. How could you miss them? There were about 12 of them entering the gym, each with a different body shape but with the same identifying feature: they were fucking big. Their powerful legs jutting out of the short shorts they wore pulsed with every step, and their heaving arms swayed by their sides as they sauntered over to the machines. The best part yet: Their lack of definition. They were blobs of men, packed with muscle but with a cover of fat all over them from the tremendous amount of food they eat each day. They were everything I wanted to be. “Wow, I’m so thankful the rugby season started up again,” I said while unable to take my eyes off the asses of some of these men. “Right?!” Emily said in response. “You should talk to them, maybe some of them play for the same team!” She hinted at my sexuality. I nervously laughed and brushed the idea away, but the thought of talking to one of these animals was enough to make my mouth water. I’d probably have a heart attack if one of them even looked at me. After a grueling 30 minutes, we were finally finished with our cardio and exited the gym. Along the way, I couldn’t help myself and took several peeks at the team, working out, walking, and even just standing there. My heart was beating even faster than it was during the cardio session. One in particular caught my eye; he had piercing blue eyes and seemed more defined than the rest. His arms, still massive, had several lines in them, moving while he was spotting a much bigger man who was bench pressing near him. “See you again tomorrow?” I asked Emily. Even though the quarter had just started, I knew I needed to get on top of going to the gym this year. Even though I’m not fat, I still have some excess belly fat I want to get rid of to get that flat, clean stomach I’ve been craving for so long. “Nah, sorry. Tomorrow’s my busy day with classes, but maybe Thursday will work!” “Ok, I’ll text you to let you know when I’m free!” Later in my dorm, the thought of the muscle mean roaming around the gym penetrated my mind time and time again. God, just how they stood, with all the muscle and mass they had accumulated hanging off of their bodies stunned me. I thought about the man with blue eyes that had caught my eye again, and how lean he was. He was truly a major goal for me in my fitness life. I went to bed, hoping that one day I would look even remotely like that, or at least have a boyfriend of that size. I’d kill for it. The next day, I woke up with the men on my mind. “It’s probably just a phase,” I reassured myself. I went through various things I couldn’t stop thinking about, for the obsession to end around 2 weeks later. This will be over soon. As I came back from brushing my teeth, the clip on our door had a new addition to it, adding to the list of promotional flyers, events, and clubs that it seemed everyone was trying for us to join. As I looked closer, it was for none other than joining the men’s rugby team. God, could they read my mind? My first thought was to just throw it away as someone of my size of 170 lbs at 5’10 could never make it among the ridiculously jacked men of the team, but decided to ask my roommate Ryan about it. “Oh, yeah, I saw that! They have an info session today at 7pm, I might go to that just to see if I’m interested.” I was surprised that Ryan, while no bigger than I am, was even interested in seeing what the team was all about. He was about the same size as me, and went to the gym somewhat often. I think he went into the weights section instead of chickening out and doing cardio like me, but I never knew he could be serious about bulking up. “Are you going?” “Um, maybe. I have to see if I’m busy.” The idea of me going went from a hard no to a possible yes as I considered all the possibilities about the meeting. I mean, going doesn’t mean an automatic sign-up, which I couldn’t possibly do because of the men on the team. I would be intimidated way too quickly, and I knew myself well enough to know I would be distracted all the time. Going to the meeting, would, however, mean that I would get to stare at these hunky men talk for an hour. Fine, I’ll go. As it neared 7pm, I told Ryan that I would go, to which he was excited about. We walked together to the meeting about 10 mins away from our dorm. “God,” I thought, “If I have to walk this far this better be good.” Not only was the meeting “good,” but it caused the biggest shift in attitude and personality I had ever gone through.

    Day 15 (196lbs) Another two pounds up! I’m on the road to 200 now, and it feels so good to be big. I noticed I’m so much hairier now due to all the body fat! I love it so much… it make me feel like a real muscle bear! I decided to switch things up and try to eat 10 thousand calories today just for fun… I thought it might be hard, but my 6 meals today all went down so easy! When you know that what you’re eating is going straight toward turning your body beefier, fatter, buffer, and sexier it makes it so much more fun to eat! If I wake up tomorrow 10 lbs heavier I wouldn’t be surprised! I also wouldn’t mind… Today I had the idea of making an Instagram for myself to document my muscle gain online, and after only 5 hours or so, I already gained 400 followers! At first I was shocked, but I mean, after remembering I turned into a beefy muscle pig, I realized any would anyone not want to follow me? I’m so excited I have 400 followers, and that got me thinking if I was 400 pounds! Wow, that’s probably impossible, but just so hot to think about. I’d just be a walking blob of beef, so full of muscle I might explode. Wow, the thought of it sends me spiraling!

    Day 14 (194lbs) Now THAT’S what I’m talking about! 6 pounds of BEEF!!! Fuck, I thought I really was done two days ago. I mean, I would still have all the weight I gained, but after going that far you just don’t want to stop. My plan totally worked; 2 beefshakes a day really helped me put on serious mass. Also, I started calling the weight gainer shakes “beefshakes,” not because they have meat in them, but because they make ME beefy! It’s got a nice ring to it and it makes me remember my purpose every time I wolf it down. That, plus a caloric intake of 4.5 thousand a day really helped my weight skyrocket these days. Phew, now I know that my days of gaining muscle aren’t over! Now after two weeks and the huge jump in my weight, I really wanted to look back on my progress pictures to see how gaining 24 pounds affected my frame. And it did, in a HUGE way! I can’t get over how fucking thick I look right now. My underwear fits so much better and it looks like my ass will explode out of them at any given moment! My belly has gotten much huger, probably from all the fat I’ve been eating. It’s weird that I don’t care my diet consists of a lot of fat now when I would have freaked out about it at the beginning. I guess when you’ve already put 24 pounds away all weight is good weight. My huge belly is the focal point of all pictures of me from the side, because it juts out and sits over my underwear! I love playing with it and the rest of my body in the shower and knowing that all the food I’ve been eating is helping to fuel my body into turbo drive to put on these pounds. I still am in awe of the massive beefcake I’m turning out to be, and the experiment isn’t even halfway over! My friends back in college will hardly recognize me under all this weight, and I can’t wait!

    Day 12 (188lbs) I woke up today eager to check my weight, only to see that I’ve gained ONE pound??? I know this experiment would have setbacks, and I should be grateful for every pound I gained, but seriously, just one? Are these muscle shakes even doing anything for me anymore? I drink them like I always do; with whole milk, peanut butter, and protein powder. I always eat all of my meals on time, and work out hard. I always find a way to eat 3.5k calories a day too, so I don’t see what’s the problem. I just want to GROW! Fuck it, I’m eating 4 thousand calories a day now. Maybe even 4.5 thousand. I didn’t come this far just to gain one pound a day until the finish line. I need to be MASSIVE. Upping my calories is the only way to do that, it seems, so that’s just what I’ll do. I know grams of fat are a bit higher in calories than carbs and protein, so I might have to work my diet to include more of those. Looks like donuts are on my shopping list! Right now, I’m not worried about the excess fat if it’ll get my stomach to grow even more. I’m scared right now that I’ve plateaued, that I won’t grow any more, and just under 190 pounds is as big as I’ll get. I’m not letting that happen; I’m going to eat more and more and just work harder. Hell, I’ll drink two muscle shakes a day if it means I’ll gain some more beef. Hopefully this new plan works, and I haven’t reached my end yet.

    Day 10 (187lbs) In just ten days, I’ve gained SEVENTEEN pounds!! WOW!!! I never knew I could pack on this weight so fast, and now that I’ve started, I wonder why I haven’t done this sooner; this feels amazing! All of my clothes fit so tightly now, I might need to start shopping for more. Today my huge 187 pound body (I just love remembering the weight I’m gaining!) got in my car with one of my old friends and we drove to Wendy’s like we used to before. Obviously, he was a bit shocked to see me after I’ve put on all this weight! I could totally see him get flustered after my belly poked out of my shirt while I was driving. Wow… turning people on with my body… something I never thought would happen before! I guess this is just one of the perks of becoming a growing beast! I could get used to this! At Wendy’s, I got 3 chicken sandwiches, 2 large fries, and chili just for the fun of it. My huge lunch must have been over 4 thousand calories! After eating, I felt like bursting out of my clothes, so… I decided to take my shirt off for the rest of the drive! I fucking love how my pecs rested on my belly, full of the muscle I’ve gained while putting on so much weight. God, I can’t wait until my chest can get even fuller and I get even rounder! I’m pretty sure my friend appreciated the view too. He gawked at how big I’ve gotten! I look pretty chubby with my shirt on, but once it comes off, you can really see how big I’ve gotten.

    Thanks for all the support! Day 7 (183lbs) IT WORKED!! I beefed up five pounds over the past few days due to the mass shakes, and I’m so happy!! I have a system for my shakes; I put two scoops of protein powder, two scoops of the mass gainer, some peanut butter, and whole milk into a blender and blend! It tastes so good, and when I know all of it’s helping my muscles grow I gulp it down so fast. Usually, to wash it down, I have an extra glass of whole milk to go along with it! Extra calories!! After a week of this experiment, I wanted to look back on my progress picture on day one to see how far I’ve come. And, WOW, the results were shocking! I lost a ton of definition and packed on some serious weight. I’m okay with losing the some definition I had; I know it’s for a good cause!! The body part most effected was definitely my stomach. I had a bit of belly before the experiment, but now, my belly is huge! I don’t have a flat stomach, but when you have all these muscles, who would want to? I can see I gained a lot of excess fat, but I knew that would happen going into the process. I have a pronounced muffin top now, but the fat just adds to the mass I’m packing on. I love my huge belly!! Everything about me is bigger, my arms, chest, legs, and I love how much beef I have on my body right now. I feel so good about starting the experiment and I just want to keep growing. I can’t believe I’m already up to the 180s. I’ve never been this heavy! This has been such a huge success so far and seeing results like these just makes me want to lift heavier, and eat more. Hopefully I’ll do that!!
