    Mesomorph or Endomorph?

Hi guys, I'm wondering if I am mesomorph or endomorph. I am quite broad, broad-shoulders but my waist is on the same line than my shoulders... I am not sure if I get fat easily, I difficulty figure it out. I'm 1m83 and 74kg. I join pictures, maybe it could help... Thanks a lot for your help dudes!

    Big Guys into Small Guys?

Yes, I understand what you mean... There are a lot of stereotypes which keep going on - and it doesn't make easy the possibilities to weaker dudes to meet real dudes... While maybe some like that!

    Big Guys into Small Guys?

Nice stories you have, guys! I have not what we could name a "bodybuilder body", unfortunately, but I'm in fond of them. I was once in a relationship with a big muscle man, but unfortunately it stopped... But I keep loving that kind of guy. Worshipping his body... But I always have the feeling big guys only attract big guys. But I still hope it could change, one day... Maybe is it a Parisian habit ahah

    A stagnating growing?

Thank you very much Dave! You're totally right, I should break the routine! What about 3/4 times a week? Do you think that's enough... Because I feel the point when I can lift more than I can - and since some months now!

    A stagnating growing?

Hey everyone, It's been like three years I've began to go to gym. I come from far away - eating disorders - so I needed to make many efforts: a lot of exercises, changing my diet... But it's been six months I've got the feeling to stop improving/growing. I try to go to gym 3 times a week, and alternate pecs/back/biceps exercises (with cardio everytime). What's more, I've got a problem at my shoulders (a weakness that provoked, by the past, dislocation). I take shakers at every sessions. That are my current stats: Waist: 37 in Biceps: 12'5 in Height: 6 ft Weight: 163 lb Have you got some tips or recomendations to grow again? In particular I've got very thin biceps I think... Thanks a lot for your help!
