Hypnotist here, currently looking for guys to hypnotise, train, and coach to help bulk them up.
Some ways it can help bulk you up include...
- Increasing energy levels
- Improving motivation in the gym
- Being more dedicated to the gym and to bulking up
- Visualising and setting goals clearly
- Increasing appetite and desire to eat (bulking up)
- Controlling appetite (leaning down)
- Changing tastes for certain foods
- Improving focus and self-discipline
- Enjoying lifting and the whole process of growing more
- Getting you more willing to push yourself harder
Etc... It's pretty broad when it comes to muscle-building so there's a lot of ways it can help get you bigger.
I also do other things with hypnosis depending what you're interested in yourself (sports hypnosis, stress-relief, study-aids, stuff just for fun, etc).
