Hey guy. Yes, check out these videos on bulking diets for less than $10 per day. Caveat: avoid microwave bag popcorn, as heated plastic from the bag liner gets on the kernels.

And here's another (caveat though: avoid microwaved bag popcorn: the kernels get covered in aromatized plastic)

  10. Trying this now: https://www.amazon.com/Turkest-Extract-Powder-BulkSupplements-Recovery/dp/B07491N2T6 It's a dark brown powder not unlike cocoa in consistency and flavor. Bitter. I'm adding a little to my coffee. Just started on it, will comment as I continue.
  11. I can only answer for myself and my own experience with B Ecdy. I suggest ramp up 1 cap/d per week. Most of the effects are great: reduced soreness, more stamina for workouts, improved lean metabolism. I have noticed that at over 1g/d I get dry skin and a little eczema but that might also be from something else. It's manageable with lotion.
  12. Recent news: Beta Ecdysterone is back in stock on Amazon. It's about $22 per bottle and works really well at 1.2g/d dosage. Just work up to it one pill at a time. https://www.amazon.com/Sports-Food-Beta-Ecdysterone-Standardized/dp/B00V4QSA56/
  13. I'm seeing good results with turkesterone (not the type in the article, but the S5 labs one linked below): http://www.suppreviewers.com/ingredients/turkesterone/ S5 Labs turkesterone: https://www.amazon.com/S5-Supplement-Labs-Turkesterone-500/dp/B010690SSI/

  15. Vitamin D3 is resurging in the medical literature lately for its broad spectrum efficacy: anti-depression, anti-cancer, anti-fatigue, anti-heart disease, pro immunity (especially versus flu). Vitamin D deficiency is very common in people living in upper latitudes and maritime climates.
