Weight now 275lbs. I may go as low as 253. The next milestone is 268. I have not put up a July gallery, and will post an entry when it is available. In the meantime, here is a low-res B&W preview.

A chronical of Megantuan's progress, thoughts, and advice.

Eight new pictures that were from last week and were stored in the wrong folder are being uploaded to the June gallery. The eighth will take longer and will be uploaded later today.
I might get hardly any comments or likes, but view numbers say a lot.
Viewing stats for all galleries and most viewed pictures for each of the home gallery and June gallery:
My weight is still trending down and has been stable without any spikes or dips. My legs are doing really well. I just did single leg leg presses with 385lbs, which would be 770lbs for a regular leg press. I have a new arm routine that I just did for the second time. Hopefully the new routine will bring up one of my weaker parts.
New pictures are in the June gallery, the link and password are the same as in the previous progress update.
Things are going well cutting. My weight has been close to stable. There is a trend down, but with ocassional large spikes back up usually. Over the last eleven days my weight has been stable
An IFBB pro at my gym doesn't know we're having a competition. I saw him doing leg press, then checked out how much weight he was using. He's only 50lbs ahead of me.
The pro might have undefeatable arms, but he had better step up with his legs, because they are weaker than his upper body--if he doesn't I will overtake him.
I can't stop flexing and feeling the firmness and larger dimensions of my Wunder Arsch (German: "Wonder Ass"). Usually I will only test a muscle just to get an idea if the size and density. I have never worked specific muscles in such a variety of ways, and it has definitely paid off.
Also, I got some good leg pictures on the 19th, Wednesday.
"Happiness is the high you get lifting weights. Thinking will harsh your high bro. Let other people be unhappy for you. A blank mind gives you a bigger lifting high brah. Yeah, getting so jacked and stupid. Are you confused? It's OK. I'll tell you what to think. You're a big dumb jock..."
You came back!
Of course you did.
I wanted to answer a question you have had, and get pictures before I put the door to my bedroom back on its frame. I have had a few of you ask me if it's true I can't walk straight through doors. The answer is that I can't walk straight through a standard residential doorway. I have to rotate my torso or I will run into the door frame.
Some quick math will show why. The doorway opening is 29.25". Just measuring for skeletal width my shoulders are 22". Adding my deltoids the width of my shoulders as I have meaured is 25.5". Subtracted from 29.25, the total width is only 3.75" shorter than the width of the door frame. That leaves 1.86" clearance on each side, not including the inch the door itself takes up leaving 1.36" on each side if the door can't be opened clear of the frame. It would take perfect alignment on every pass through a doorway not to run into the door frame on one side or the other. That is just my shoulders. Adding in my arms at my sides, just relaxed, I exceed the width of the door frame opening.
So the answer is yes, if I don't turn my torso and try to walk straight through a residential doorway, I won't make it.
The first picture in the collage is standing back slightly from the door, and the seconnd is standing right next to but not in the doorway.
Come back Sunday for a progress update!

Hi bros and basics. There will not be an update this weekend and the progress updates and any pictures taken between updates will be published with the progress update, which will now be every other week.
I want everyone to recognize wagner09, my biggest, or tiniest but with the most enthusiasm, fan. Keep liking buddy! Also I want to give a shout to Desato for being a big supporter with his comments.

I checked my gallery and found that none of the pictures I have uploaded for the past five days were showing up, including the progress update pictures for last week. I re-uploaded all of the pictures and they are all there.

The last time I wore my black Alpha shirt was my progress update on 5/12. I put it on today and it's much tighter. From comparing the 5/12 update it looks like my anterior delts, chest and traps are larger, especially my chest.
My weight looks better now at 284 lbs. I'm getting close to the tiping point where there is not enough fat for it to be resistant by being self-maintaing. One, but not the only way, fat maintains itself is by converting testosterone to estrogen. When bodyfat, at least for me, and I'm guessing it can be translated to other people, reaches a certain percentage it gets more easily and rapidly burned off.
These pictures would have been some of the best I've taken excelt for a new camera app that's far worse than the stock camera. They were dark and grainy. I fixed a lot of the issues and they were clear enough to post. I'll stick to the stock camera and the 4K HDR camera from now. I learned something though, so its's all good.
All the photos are posted in my hosted gallery.

The shirt I have on is a 2XL and is so tight across my chest and back it had started to give me heart burn. The shirt is also tight around my biceps. I probably could not have even put the shirt on if it didn't have raglan sleeves.
I took these pictures in 4K HDR. The back of the studio had a few people just finishing up stretching on the mats. All the lights were on and they washed out the pictures and had to be corrected for. When everything was done I think the resolution had been reduced to SD.

The photo host is set up. The pictures for the last progress update sre available, and future pictures will also be available in a gallery here:

My weight is up to 292. Lunch and dinner at most would account for 2.5lbs.The only thing me and some other guys at the gym can figure is that I'm gaining lean weight at the same rate--or at a slightly higher rate than; I'm decreasing fat weight.
When I did decline presses I found out my calves won't fit through the space between the bench and footholds anymore. I had to slide down, and slip my ankles into the space, then scoot up a little so I could put my feet behind the footholds.
I took a picture of myself on the adjustable incline bench because it's cool that I can make a commercial bench look like a Little Tikes bench. The red shirt I'm wearing is a 2XL that I've worn about three times before today, and now the upper part--the neck seams, the shoulder seams, and across the chest and back; is pushing being too small.
I will be using a photo hosting service from now on. Using the hosting service is an improvement that will allow me to do less editing and also offers HD resolution. The hosting service provides secure storage, image copy resistance, and an identifyer that enables tracking by searching for the identifyer on a search engine.
*** I will post a link on Wednesday 5/29 to my photo site.

Single leg press with 400lbs 12x3.
This week there was no major change in weight from the previous week. I had a very small decrease in bodyfat. There was an incremental increase in strength on some exercises, and none on others. In all, for me at least, this has been a middling week; not aweful (as though that would *ever* happen as long as I have a say) and not great either (again, by my standards).
As always, it's OK to talk to me tinys; don't have a heart attack, just breathe. Feedback and constructive criticism are welcome, go ahead and be honest and blunt. You can tell me what you think.
A standard 36" lat bar and my 60" lat bar.
Leg press: 450lb warm-up, 790lbs 12x3.
Progress pictures for the 5/12 progress update taken 5/15.
Feedback and constructive criticism are welcome, go ahead and be honest, even brutal. I need to hear it to be better. You can tell me what you think; what do you like, and what could be better? I promise not to step on any tinys.
My weight is up 4lbs from last week. I can visibly see I lost more bodyfat. I'm happy with my cutting progress for now, and still want to improve on it because I know I can. Progress pictures posted 5/15.
I managed to get another 20lbs on using the thinnest 25lb plates. I don't need both sides to have a counterbalance; I can do one side at a time.
When I max out a machine and there's no more plates or space to put more on, I find a place to put more plates. Athletes don't have to be dumb or uncreative.
For the donkey press I put two 45lb plates on top.
These are my new hand made custom posers. I just got them last week from the seamstress. Which color is your favorite?
I maxed out the pec fly. That is the 5th machine I have maxed out in the last year. My weight as of 4/27 is 288.8lbs.
I cut five pounds in one week. My current weight is 283.8lbs, and my previous weekly weigh-in was 288.8lbs.
I just realized last week that my hands are getting jacked. I could probably palm someone's head (I can do that part) and squeeze hard enough they would panic thinking I'm going to crush their head.
